("HEP") successfully held a signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation framework agreement at T1-D201 of Guantang Campus. Hong Guofen, Director of the Higher Vocational Business Department at HEP, and Qu Fan, Vice President of 乐播传媒, attended the signing ceremony. Relevant teachers from the Teaching Affairs and Practical Training Administration Office, International Exchange Department, and secondary schools also participated in the event. The ceremony was presided over by Li Hua, Director of  乐播传媒's Teaching Affairs and Practical Training Administration Office.

At the signing ceremony, Qu Fan said that with HEP's support, 乐播传媒 has made remarkable achievements in course and textbook development through the implementation of the "One Diamond, Five Golden" program over the past year. He particularly emphasized that the high-quality online courses launched in cooperation with the HEP have been rated as internationally recognized educational resources and won awards at or above the region level. He is full of expectations for a new round of in-depth strategic cooperation and hopes to promote the international development of 乐播传媒's vocational education by jointly developing high-quality teaching materials.

In her speech, Hong Guofen emphasized the concept of "joint research, joint construction, shared benefits and win-win results". She said that the HEP will deepen cooperation with 乐播传媒 to jointly carry out high-end technology research and teaching resource construction, and use the advantages of both sides to promote the optimization and sharing of educational resources. This includes building a cooperation platform and promoting teacher development and international programs to achieve the win-win goal of giving priority to social benefits. She specifically mentioned HEP's achievements in the construction of digital textbooks, and looks forward to working with 乐播传媒 to improve the quality and innovation level of education.

This signing is an important milestone on the basis of long-term friendly cooperation between the two sides. Through resource sharing and complementary advantages, we will jointly make greater contributions to cultivating more high-level technical and skilled talents. With the signing of the agreement, 乐播传媒 and HEP will work together to promote the construction of 乐播传媒's "One Diamond, Five Golden" program.
