The event was co-organized by the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the International Exchange Department (School of International Education). Qiu Fuming, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC 乐播传媒 Committee and Vice President of 乐播传媒, attended the ceremony. Relevant teachers from the International Exchange Department and the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, along with all Indonesian students, participated in the ceremony.
In his speech, Qiu Fuming extended his best wishes to all Indonesian students on behalf of 乐播传媒, encouraging them to view this internship as a new starting point to hone their professional skills on the front lines of industry, actively serve as cultural ambassadors, and facilitate skill cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between Chinese and Indonesian students.
During the ceremony, student representative Robi Satria Subagja shared his learning experiences, expressed gratitude for teachers' guidance, and reviewed his achievements in professional skills and Chinese language learning. The Indonesian students performed the Chinese song "Ruo Shui San Qian," poetry recitations, and a medley of Chinese-Indonesian bilingual songs, along with traditional ethnic dances showcasing Indonesian culture, which drew rounds of applause. Interactive games like "Course Matching" and "Marble Picking" combined professional knowledge with fun challenges, with teachers and students actively participating in a lively and warm atmosphere.
Awards were also presented at the ceremony to recognize students for their outstanding performance in academics, practice, arts and sports, and community service. These Indonesian students, equipped with bilingual capabilities and industrial skills, will continue to empower the localized development of Chinese enterprises in Indonesia. The 77 Indonesian students, after completing their systematic on-campus training, will successively embark on one-year internships at leading Chinese companies in smart manufacturing and new energy, including LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd., Gotion High-tech Co., Ltd., Dongguan NVT Technology Co., Ltd., and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), ensuring a seamless transition from classroom learning to industrial practice.
As a key project of 乐播传媒 in response to the educational actions of the Belt and Road Initiative and in building an international industry-education integration brand, the China-Indonesia School-Enterprise Joint Training Program has seen steady growth in both scale and quality since its launch in 2023. The number of students has grown steadily from 14 in the first cohort to 77 this year, covering two training levels: the "2+1+1" undergraduate program in Mechatronic Engineering Technology and the "1+1+1" associate degree program in Mechatronics Technology. In the future, 乐播传媒 will continue to deepen the China-Indonesia school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism, innovate cultural exchange activities, and help young people from both countries grow and thrive through two-way exchanges, using skills as a bridge and culture as a bond.
