The Golden Apple Ranking (GAR) was developed by the Chinese Academy of Science and Education Evaluation at Hangzhou Dianzi University, the Zhejiang Academy of Higher Education, the Research Center for Development Strategies and Evaluation of Higher Education in Strong Provinces, and the Research Center for Chinese Science Evaluation of Wuhan University, in collaboration with the Network of Science & Education Evaluation in China. It is widely recognized as an authoritative benchmark for the academic standards of higher education institutions in China.

Industry-education integration and innovation-entrepreneurship education are the two core pillars of vocational education reform and development in the new era. They also serve as key indicators for evaluating the overall strength of higher vocational colleges. This "Top 100" selection closely aligns with the requirements of the Plan for Building High-Level Vocational Colleges and Majors with Chinese Characteristics (2025–2029) and the framework for a modern vocational education system under the 15th Five-Year Plan. It serves as a key mechanism for driving high-quality development in vocational colleges, upgrading majors, and continuously improving educational standards. The process followed the principle of "comprehensive evaluation and merit-based selection."

Being named one of the Top 100 Institutions for Innovation and Entrepreneurship marks an important milestone in 乐播传媒's implementation of the "Double High-Level Plan" and the deepening of reforms in its educational model. This achievement signifies 乐播传媒's success in building a top-tier national "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education system, demonstrating the university's core strengths in cultivating innovative talent, promoting industry-education collaboration, and supporting regional industrial upgrading.

Ranking among the nation's top 100 vocational colleges for innovation and entrepreneurship is another landmark achievement for 乐播传媒, following its 2023 designation as an autonomous region-level Innovation and Entrepreneurship College. Since 2021, 乐播传媒 has remained firmly anchored in its role as a vocational education institution, aligning with regional industrial upgrading and the cultivation of high-caliber technical talent. With the Innovation and Entrepreneurship College and the University Student Science and Technology Innovation Park as its dual core platforms, the university has systematically advanced its distinctive innovation and entrepreneurship education reform centered on "industry-innovation coupling and vocational-entrepreneurship integration," gradually establishing a comprehensive ecosystem that integrates the entire chain: "course-based foundation, practical empowerment, competition-driven capability enhancement, incubation and implementation, and service feedback." Leveraging this proven educational model, 乐播传媒 secured a second prize in the National Teaching Achievement Awards for the project "Industry-Innovation Coupling and Vocational-Entrepreneurship Integration: Reform and Practice in Cultivating Innovation Capabilities Among Higher Vocational Students." The university also led the development of two nationally planned textbooks and established four exemplary national and provincial-level online open courses on mass entrepreneurship and innovation education. These efforts have provided replicable practical experience for reforms in mass entrepreneurship and innovation education across the region and throughout the nation's higher vocational education sector.

Guided by high-level competitions such as the China International College Students' Innovation Competition (CICSIC) and the "Xuechuang Cup," 乐播传媒 adheres to the principle of "promoting learning, teaching, and innovation through competition." Over the past five years, the university has organized student participation in nearly 5,000 innovation and entrepreneurship programs, involving more than 17,000 students. Our students have won over 100 national and provincial awards, including 2 Gold, 5 Silver, and 12 Bronze medals at the CICSIC. Several achievements have been successfully commercialized and brought to market, yielding significant educational outcomes.

The 5th forum for the "Double High-Level Plan" will be held in October, during which plaques will be awarded to the selected institutions; these results will be recognized with bonus points in subsequent institutional evaluations. Being named one of the Top 100 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institutions recognizes 乐播传媒's educational strength and marks a milestone in our pursuit of high-quality development. Moving forward, we will focus on the core areas of innovation and entrepreneurship education, deepen industry-education integration, enhance the quality of its educational programs, and build a high-level institution to contribute to regional development.
